Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at LHV Bank. This role will support our team in using Salesforce and other tools for managing data and processes for new retail customers, as well as our Banking Services and Commercial Lending business lines,. A key focus will be on building integrations with other incumbed and new systems for automated onboarding, data, risk, and compliance management, and investigating opportunities to embed AI into these areas.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into business requirements.
  • Support a team through the design, development, and implementation processes for project to enhance customer onboarding, risk management, and compliance.
  • Work with development teams to build and integrate systems that automate customer data management and compliance checks.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
  • Learn and collaborate with AI specialists to embed AI tools into CRM processes, improving efficiency and decision-making.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure all solutions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Support regular system audits and prepare reports to monitor performance and compliance.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure team members are proficient in using new systems and tools and processes.
Essential Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, but also in other areas which are heavily risk and compliance focus, or in an environment with a strong customer support focus.
  • Experience working with CRM or other SaaS platforms, with Salesforce experience highly desirable.
  • Experience in system integration and process automation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to map out and break down business and data processes and models, and identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking, risk, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable:
  • Experience with AI tools and their application in CRM processes.
  • Familiarity with other CRM systems and SaaS tools, and  certifications showing experience with CRM and SaaS systems (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce etc).
  • Any certifications relating IT, Product, Risk/Compliance, Finance etc. (e.g BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, ACAMS: Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist etc.)
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
  • Project management skills and experience in working in cross-functional projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
