SVP Projects Delivery at Li-Cycle

Conor Spollen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project delivery, engineering, consulting, and leadership roles in the mining industry. Conor is currently serving as the SVP Projects Delivery at Li-Cycle since 2022. Prior to this, Conor worked at the United States Steel Corporation, where they held positions as a Project Engineering and Project Director from 2019 to 2022. Conor also worked as a Consultant in 2018 and as the Chief Technology Officer at Vale Base Metals in 2018. From 2012 to 2018, Conor held various positions at Vale Canada Limited, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Projects. Conor also held executive roles at Vale and Vale Inco, where they served as a Vice President in different divisions. Conor's expertise focuses on project execution, technology development, brownfield exploration, and sustainability strategies.

Conor Spollen attended the Camborne School of Mines, where they studied Minerals Engineering. Conor then went on to the University of Exeter, where they received a B.
