Human Resources Account Manager at Liaison Creative + Marketing

Benjamin Clutter has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources, strategic relationships, employer wellness, and health and fitness. Benjamin started their career at EXCEL Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapy Intern, where they received training and gained experience in diagnosing and treating patients. Benjamin then worked as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor at Miracles Fitness, where they successfully helped clients achieve their fitness goals.

Benjamin then joined Medifit as a Health and Fitness Specialist, where they supported client-site business and wellness goals through program design, health consulting, and administrative tasks. At Halliburton, they served as a Global Wellness Advisor, leading the development and implementation of the company's health and wellness program. This included implementing nutrition, physical activity, and weight management initiatives for employees globally.

Later, Benjamin joined IT'S TIME TEXAS, initially as an Employer Wellness Consultant, where they developed the Work Healthier program and led initiatives to provide health improvement resources to employers in Texas. Benjamin then served as the Director of Employer Relations, responsible for research, guidance on partnerships, and positioning the organization as a thought leader in the industry. Lastly, they became the Director of Strategic Relationships, contributing to a culture of health in Texas by engaging with key partners and driving cross-sector collaboration.

Most recently, Benjamin joined Liaison Creative + Marketing as a Human Resources Account Manager. In this role, they manage a portfolio of client managers and oversees HR duties such as candidate screening, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding. Benjamin also contributes to building and promoting the company culture through industry partnerships and events to support employee recruitment and retention.

Benjamin Clutter completed a specialization in Climate Change and Health at Yale University in 2021. Prior to that, they attended Purdue University from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Sciences with a minor in Psychology. Additionally, Benjamin has acquired several certifications including Conflict Management - Types of Conflict from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education I Coursera in March 2022, Removing Barriers to Change from the University of Pennsylvania in February 2022, and Climate Adaptation for Human Health, Communicating Climate Change and Health, and Introduction to Climate Change and Health, all from Yale University in August and July 2021. Benjamin also holds a Social Wellness Certification from ShapeUp, Inc. since January 2016.
