Edward Balestra

Edward Balestra is a seasoned project manager and Agile Scrum Master with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at Liaison International since November 2016, Edward successfully delivered a student enrollment system for the largest state university in the U.S., coordinating efforts across multiple teams and over one hundred developers. Prior to this role, Edward held significant positions at SAS Institute Inc., where as Director of Merchandise Planning Solutions R&D, led the development of an advanced retail planning solution for top international retailers. Experience also includes being Vice President of Product Development at MarketMax, where Edward managed a large R&D organization and improved productivity, and VP of Development at ELCOM, successfully consolidating departments from two companies. Additional roles include CIO at ShopLink, Consulting Manager at Walker Interactive Systems, and earlier positions in sales and product support. Edward's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Boston College.
