Sherman Dowell

Sherman Dowell has held a variety of roles in the engineering field. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Electrical Engineering Intern at GE. Sherman then attended the University of Louisville from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they were a Plant Engineer at UPS and an Electrical Engineer at Liberate Medical, LLC, where they were responsible for embedded design engineering for the VentFree medical device, generating device design inputs and specifications, and designing and performing verification test procedures in compliance with internal quality requirements.

Sherman Dowell completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Louisville between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) in Engineering from Jefferson Community College, Kentucky between 2011 and 2013.
