Rachel Cox

Rachel Cox is the current VP of People & Talent at Liberis. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held various positions at different companies. Most recently, they were the Chief People Officer (Interim) at Delta Capita from July 2020 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing and deploying the global People agenda. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of People Proposition at Mothercare PLC from November 2019 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development of the global People proposition. Prior to that, they were the Group Head of Talent at Arriva Group from June 2017 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the talent strategy for the company. Before that, they were the Global Head of Talent at Premier Farnell from June 2014 to June 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading the talent strategy for the company on a global scale.

Rachel Cox has a Bachelor of Arts in International Business with German and French from Loughborough University. Rachel also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Leeds Beckett University. Rachel is certified from Hogan Assessment Systems in Hogan Development Survey, Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company in Saville WAVE, CEB is now Gartner in BPS Level 1 & 2 Ability & Personality Testing (SHL), OPP in Myers Briggs, CIPD in Chartered Fellowship, Pacific Institute in Investment in Excellence, Korn Ferry in Hay Job Evaluation, and Margerison McCann in Team Management Systems & Windows on Work Values.

They are on a team with Georgina Owens - Chief Technology Officer, Alexis Alexander - General Counsel, and Pedram Tadayon - Chief Commercial Officer. Rachel Cox reports to Rob Straathof, CEO.
