Katie Knoll

Katie Knoll has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie started their career at Sleep Number by Select Comfort, where they worked as a Training Specialist and later as an Operations Training Specialist in the Human Resources department. In these roles, they developed and facilitated various training programs for headquarters and manufacturing employees.

From there, Katie joined Target, where they held multiple positions over a span of 15 years. Their roles included Voice Technology Manager, Operational Support Senior Manager, Learning & Development Manager-Financial & Retail Services, and Learning & Development Manager-Instructional Design & Innovation India. Katie led teams and drove the strategy and execution of learning solutions for various departments and teams within the company. Katie also played a key role in integrating a Target India team and supporting corporate-wide training initiatives.

Following their time at Target, Katie joined Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group as the Director of Learning and Development. Katie then moved on to Radisson Hotel Group as the Senior Director of Learning and Development and later as the Senior Director of Talent and Development at Radisson Hotel Group Americas.

Most recently, Katie has been working at Liberty Diversified International as the Director of Talent and Culture and currently as the Human Resources Director for Safco.

Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieved high survey results, and successfully managed cross-functional teams.

Katie Knoll obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mass Communication from Miami University. Katie later pursued additional education at the University of St. Thomas, where they completed a Mini MBA in Health Care Management and a Mini Master of Financial Management. Katie also attended Benilde St. Margaret's, but the specific degree or field of study is unknown. Additionally, they hold several certifications in various areas such as Human Resources, Leadership Skills, and Organizational Learning and Development, obtained through LinkedIn.
