Neil Foulger

Neil Foulger has a robust background in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as Managing Director of Human Resources at Liberty Global since December 2000. Prior experience includes significant roles as Director of Compensation & Benefits at Citigroup and HR Manager of Remuneration & Benefits at BT. Neil's career began at Xerox Corporation, where various managerial positions encompassed compensation, benefits, and sales. An academic foundation in Physics and Laser Physics was established at Swansea University, followed by advanced management studies at the University of the West of England, complemented by further education at IMD in 2014.
