Paul Milton

Paul Milton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Paul started their career as a FP&A Manager at Fluor CORP from 2003 to 2005, where they managed a team and handled the preparation of financial reports and budgets. Paul then worked as a Finance Account Manager at Computer Science Corporation for a short period in 2006.

In 2006, Paul joined Virgin Media as an IT Finance Manager, responsible for managing the financial aspects of the IT Support and Strategy divisions. Paul then moved to various roles within Virgin Media, including FP&A Finance Manager, Access & Networks, and Commercial Finance Manager - Field. In these positions, they provided financial support, prepared budgets and forecasts, and implemented a new planning and reporting tool.

From 2014 to 2018, Paul served as Head of Finance at Virgin Media Business, leading finance teams in different areas such as VMB Sales, Commercial and Performance Improvement, and FP&A.

In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Head of Group FP&A at Virgin Media, where they oversaw financial planning and analysis for the company as a whole until 2021. Then, they joined Virgin Media O2 as Group FP&A Director, a position they held until 2022.
