Jill Harrelson

Jill Harrelson, MBA, RHIA has extensive work experience in the field of Health Information Management. Jill is currently working as the Director of Health Information Management at Liberty Hospital since June 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Children's Mercy Hospitals and Clinics for over 30 years in various roles, including Director and Health Information Manager. During their time at Children's Mercy, they were responsible for overseeing the delivery of departmental services, implementing and managing various software solutions, and participating in EHR multidisciplinary teams. Jill also played a key role in the implementation of ICD-10 and a Clinical Documentation Integrity program.

Jill Harrelson, MBA, RHIA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from The University of Kansas. Jill further pursued their education and completed a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from Avila University.
