Melissa Seitz

Melissa Seitz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Melissa began their career in 1991 at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held various manufacturing and scheduling positions. In 1999, they joined Mead Johnson Nutrition as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst, providing leadership and consultation for SAP implementation and system modifications. Melissa also served as the SAP APO Project Team Leader, leading the Mead Johnson SAP Advanced Planning & Optimizer implementation. In 2005, they worked as a cGMP Educator at Bristol-Myers Squibb, guiding compliance education for Indiana Pharmaceutical Operations. From 2006 to 2019, they returned to Mead Johnson Nutrition as the Manager, Contact Center Quality, Training, and Consumer Messaging, overseeing contact center operations and improving customer service processes. Melissa then joined RB when they acquired Mead Johnson Nutrition, continuing their role until 2019. In 2020, they gained experience as a Salesforce Administrator through a project at Supermums, where they translated reporting requirements and developed business reports. Currently, since 2021, they are working as a Salesforce Project Manager at Liberty IT Solutions. Melissa Seitz holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Southern Indiana, where they studied from 1986 to 1990.
