Joy Joseph

Joy Joseph is currently the Head of LMI Institute at Liberty Mutual Investments, where they focus on aligning learning strategy with business objectives and driving leadership development and corporate-wide change efforts. They previously held leadership roles at PGM, AXA, UBS, and H&R Block, where they were responsible for various HR, diversity, and training initiatives. Joy holds a Master of Science in Business from Strayer University.
