Ciara Farry has extensive experience in human resources and executive development, currently serving as Programme Director for Executive Development and Global Strategy Lead at Liberty Mutual Insurance since July 2017. Prior roles include Head of Talent and Development and Human Resource Manager at Liberty Insurance Ireland from August 2004 to July 2017, and Regional Human Resource Manager for Quinn Hotels between September 1999 and August 2004. Earlier career positions include Project Manager at Adecco UK & Ireland, Recruitment Consultant at Berkeley Scott Recruitment, Personnel Manager at Asda, and Regional Human Resource Manager at Forte Hotels. Ciara Farry holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, an MSc in Human Resource Management from Ulster University, a Professional Diploma in Insurance from The Insurance Institute, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from Farnborough College of Technology.
