Daniel Blais

Daniel Blais is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in underwriting and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at Liberty Mutual Insurance since January 2022, Daniel previously held roles at The Hartford, including Middle Market Underwriter and Underwriter from January 2015 to January 2022. Daniel's background also includes military service in the United States Army Reserve as a Combat Engineer from February 2012 to January 2020, where leadership and adaptability were key skills developed. Prior experience encompasses positions at Upstate Cerebral Palsy as Residence Coordinator and Behavior Specialist Assistant, and at Sitrin Healthcare Center as Case Manager.
