Jane Theuer

Jane Theuer is a seasoned business leader in the insurance and risk management sector, currently serving as the VP and Field Operations Manager for Risk Control Services at Liberty Mutual Insurance since July 2022. With a strong track record of fostering high-performance cultures and leading teams to success, Jane previously held various significant roles at The Hartford from November 1989 to July 2022, including Managing Director II and Risk Engineering Director for the Western Division, where responsibilities included guiding a team of 40 Risk Engineering field staff. Jane also served as AVP of Risk Engineering Operations, leading a national loss control field organization of approximately 180 staff. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from California State University, Fullerton.
