Karen Morton

Karen Morton has been working in the compliance and ethics field for over 20 years. Karen started their career at John Hancock Financial Services as vice president and counsel-litigation and employment. Karen then moved to Liberty Mutual Group where they were vice president and assistant general counsel-employment, benefits and corporate services. In their current role as EVP, Chief Compliance Officer - Global Compliance & Ethics at Liberty Mutual, they are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies globally.

Karen Morton attended Northeastern University School of Law and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Tufts University.

Karen Morton works with Paul Sanghera - EVP, Comptroller, Nik Vasilakos - EVP, Treasurer, and Pete D'Orsi - Chief Data & Analytics Officer. Karen Morton reports to David H. Long, Chairman, President & CEO.
