Lillian Lai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, and digital transformation within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management for Claims Strategic Planning & Enablement at Liberty Mutual Insurance since July 2016, Lillian has a proven track record in driving innovation and utilizing data analytics to enhance business strategies. Prior roles include Senior Business Consultant at Liberty Mutual, where Lillian developed successful marketing strategies and improved profitability across various projects, and Senior Consultant at Altus Group, specializing in commercial real estate investment portfolios and property valuations. Lillian holds two MBA degrees, one from the University of Edinburgh Business School and another from Aalto University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of British Columbia.
