Rob Greenstine

Rob Greenstine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in claims telematics and process improvement within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Director of Claims Telematics and Director of Special Projects at Liberty Mutual Insurance since February 2013, Rob has developed project management strategies and mentored future leaders. Prior roles include Director of Process Improvement at National General, where efforts led to a significant increase in customer retention and annual profit, and Quality Manager at EMERSON NETWORK POWER, where Rob employed Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing techniques to enhance quality standards and achieve ISO certifications. Rob's career also includes valuable contributions at Graham Packaging Company and Westinghouse Electric Company, where quality management and engineering expertise were demonstrated.
