Steven Bell

Steven Bell is an accomplished audio engineer and studio owner with extensive experience in the recording industry, currently serving as Owner and Chief Engineer at Top of the Hill Studios since January 2023. In addition to this role, Steven has been the Owner and Chief Audio Engineer at Top of the Hill Music since 2000, where responsibilities include consulting on audio/video projects, configuring equipment, and overseeing the entire recording process. Steven's engineering expertise spans from simple demos to full album productions, including voice-over projects. Furthermore, Steven has a long-standing career at Liberty Mutual Insurance, beginning in April 1985 as a Senior Software Developer, focusing on the development and support of in-house rules and underwriting systems. Education includes a diploma from Edmonds High School.
