Bachour Bachour

Bachour Bachour has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Bachour started their career in 2004 at Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico as an HSD Helpdesk representative, troubleshooting internet services and providing computer-related assistance to customers. In 2008, they moved on to OneLink Communications as a Data & VoIP Services Support Representative, where they provided telephone and internet customer service to residential and business clients. Bachour then joined Liberty of Puerto Rico in 2013, first as a Network Operations Center Operator responsible for monitoring and responding to service-related issues, and later as a Change Management Administrator, ensuring proper approval and communication for maintenance and change management events.

Bachour Bachour holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications. These include a Basic Python Workshop from the EDUCATIONAL COMPUTER CENTER in December 2021, Learning Cisco CLI Router Configuration and Networking Foundations: Networking Basics from LinkedIn in January 2019, and an OSPFv3 and IPv6 Hands-On Lab certification from the Institute Advanced Technology in March 2018.
