Jayson Fuentes

Jayson Fuentes began their work experience in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative at Atento de Puerto Rico, where they resolved customer queries and complaints, promoted cellular services, and provided technical support. In 2005, they joined Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico as a Customer Service & Sales Representative, where they continued to resolve customer queries and complaints, promote residential services, and assist with training. Jayson later became a Business Services Specialist at the same company, where they resolved business customers' queries and complaints, promoted business services, and provided technical support for cable TV, internet, and telephone services.

Jayson Fuentes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Development and Management from the Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, which they attended from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a certification in Building Rapport with Customers from LinkedIn in November 2019.
