Yarielis Feliciano

Yarielis Feliciano has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Yarielis started their career as a Human Resources Representative at Human Capital Consulting Group in 2006, where they developed employee relations solutions, guided managers on progressive discipline, and handled employee complaints. In 2011, they joined Bella Group as a Recruitment Manager, responsible for conducting outreach recruitment efforts, interviewing applicants, and representing the company in college job fairs. Yarielis then worked as an HR Officer at Aireko Construction Group from 2017 to 2018. Yarielis joined Liberty of Puerto Rico in 2018 as an HR Business Partner before moving to Liberty Latin America in 2019.
