Pauline Spence

Pauline Spence is an experienced professional currently serving as an Agile Portfolio Office Associate at Liberty Specialty Markets since October 2023, where responsibilities include developing and socialising a Portfolio Health Check process for monitoring progress on growth initiatives. Previously, Spence held various roles at Tesco Pension Investment from June 2012 to July 2023, including Senior PMO, where strategic direction and leadership for the PMO function were provided, and PA to CEO and COO, managing complex schedules and organizing executive board meetings.
