Steven Ferro

Steven Ferro has a work history that spans over several years. Steven began their career at Ohio Valley Electric Corporation in 1998, where they worked as a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor until 2008. Steven then moved on to American Electric Power, starting as an HR Consultant in 2008 and later becoming an HR Service Center Transaction Supervisor from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, they have been employed at Liberty University, initially as the Director of Benefits Administration and currently as the Director of Employee Relations & Talent Management.

Steven Ferro holds a Masters of Labor and Human Resources degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, which they completed in 2011. Steven also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business - Human Resources from Ohio University, which they completed between 1994 and 1998.
