Ian MacRobbie

Ian MacRobbie has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ian has been a part of the Canadian Renewable Energy Association Board of Directors since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Liberty Power starting from July 2018. Ian's previous role as General Manager at Enbridge Green Energy involved overseeing the safe and reliable operations of renewable assets in Ontario, including solar and wind farms. Ian also held the position of Operations Manager at Enbridge Gas Storage, where they were responsible for the operations of a gas storage facility and the development of new unregulated storage business. Before that, Ian was the Manager of Gas Storage Operations at Enbridge Gas Distribution.

Ian MacRobbie attended the University of Waterloo from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
