Tyler Hoffman

Tyler Hoffman is a Senior Operational Excellence Manager at Liberty since March 2022, focusing on the development and implementation of an Operational Excellence framework rooted in Lean principles, along with demand planning, team development, coaching, and advanced problem-solving. Prior experience includes roles at National Grid from November 2016 to April 2022, where Tyler served as Source to Pay Transformation Lead, managing a global supply chain transformation program, and held positions as US Supply Chain Process & Performance Manager and Performance Excellence Leader, driving process improvement and performance management initiatives. Earlier, Tyler worked at GKN Aerospace as Site Continuous Improvement Leader and Continuous Improvement Intern, managing local continuous improvement strategies and developing analytic tools. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego.
