Nathalie Brugeas

Nathalie Brugeas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nathalie began their career at Bouygues Telecom as a Business Partner Project Manager. Nathalie then moved on to ATS ORA where they worked as a Regional Sales and Distribution Manager. Following that, they joined Dolphin Telecom as a Marketing Training Products and Services for the Sales.

In 2002, Nathalie joined Orange labs - Explocentre - France Telecom and held various positions including All Access Multimedia Program Manager, Directory Enquiries Marketing and Commercial Strategy Manager, and Director of innovation projects.

In 2011, they became the Head of Customer Testing Center and Business Simulation at Orange Dominicana, where they focused on improving customer experience and user testing.

Nathalie then transitioned to Orange in France, taking on roles such as Deputy Director for Orange User Interface Strategic & Executive Program and VP Governance & Coordination of Country Relations for Innovation Marketing Technologies. Nathalie later became the Experiential Ecosystem Director and then the Insights & Business Innovation Opportunities Vice President. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Orange's Innovation Strategy Support.

Alongside their roles at Orange, Nathalie has also acted as a Business Angel for Choose SAS, libheros, Belle Gnôle par Côquetelers, and Maison Vendôme, providing support and guidance to these companies in their business endeavors.

Nathalie Brugeas has a diverse education history. In 1992-1995, they attended Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and studied Law. From 1996 to 1999, they pursued a degree in IUP Management et Gestion des Entreprises at UNIVERSITE D'AUVERGNE. In 2010-2012, Nathalie attended Mediat Coaching. Nathalie also completed an Executive Short Certificate in "Business Innovation for a Sustainable Environment" at HEC Paris in 2022. Additionally, they participated in the Orange Key Leadership Program at INSEAD in 2019.
