Michelle Urberg, PhD, MSLIS has an extensive education history in the field of music and library sciences. Michelle began their academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music, Religion, and Norwegian from Concordia College, graduating in 2005. Michelle then went on to pursue their passion for music by enrolling in the University of Chicago, where they obtained their M.A. and PhD degrees in Music History, completing their studies in 2016.
