Gabriela Martinez

Gabriela Martinez is currently the Coordinator of Foundation & Corporate Relations at the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. Prior to their current position, Gabriela was an Assistant Operations Manager at Shoes That Fit from January 2022 to February 2022. From July 2021 to December 2021, Gabriela served as the Operations Coordinator at Shoes That Fit where they were responsible for developing and coordinating effective processes across organizational functions, researching and developing continuous improvements to ensure quality control, consistency, and seamless program operations. Gabriela started at Shoes That Fit in February 2020 as a Program and Operations Associate where they supported the Program Coordinator and Grassroots division in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs to fulfill the mission of the organization. In this role, Gabriela also reviewed and implemented administrative and operational policies and procedures for efficiency and program effectiveness, coordinated local outreach efforts and events, and oversaw on-site volunteers.

Gabriela Martinez has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California Baptist University and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from California Baptist University.
