Bill Brown

Bill Brown, MBA, MS-MIS, currently serves as a Library Technician at the Library of Congress, a position held since May 2023, following a similar role at the same institution from April to November 2022. Bill has extensive experience in contract management as a NSWCDD Contract Specialist at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, overseeing the integrity of contracts and negotiating compliance.
