Samha Khan

Samha Khan is a legal professional with diverse experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as a Legal Research Fellow at the Library of Congress since September 2024, Samha previously worked as a Law Clerk at the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center and completed Practical Legal Training at Legal Aid WA. Additional experience includes working as a Paralegal at Clyde & Co, an Information Officer at Legal Aid WA, and interning with Human Rights Watch in the Asia Division. Samha's foundational legal experience includes a summer clerkship at the Supreme Court of Western Australia, roles at the Australian Taxation Office, and a legal internship at the National Native Title Tribunal. Educated at The College of Law Australia with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and holding a Doctor of Law from The University of Western Australia, along with undergraduate degrees in Psychology, Samha brings a strong academic background to a declared commitment to legal practice and advocacy.
