Adam Armitage

Adam Armitage is a Senior Legal Counsel with extensive experience in the venture capital sector, particularly within the Web3 space. Currently serving at Libre Capital since November 2024, Adam has also held similar positions at WebN Group and Reactive Markets from August 2022 to October 2024. Prior to these roles, Adam was an Associate at White & Case LLP from February 2017 to July 2022, specializing in private equity, with secondments to Lightsourcebp and Antin Infrastructure Partners. Adam's legal career began as a Paralegal at White & Case LLP and Buckworths, following a comprehensive legal education at The University of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from the University of Warwick.
