Carlene Frimer, CTDP iCUDE, serves as Principal of Learning and Development Strategies and Support at LearnToast Partners since July 2022 and has been with Libro Credit Union since January 2009 in various roles including Advice and Service Project Manager and Learning & Development Manager. Carlene's focus in the Learning & Development team includes employee integration, talent development, business expansion, leadership influence, and promoting learning. Previous experiences include membership in the i3 innovation group at Filene Research Institute, leadership facilitation at Ontario Co-operative Association, and various roles in member service and education. Educational qualifications encompass certifications in Lean, a Masters in Management of Cooperatives and Credit Unions, and numerous courses from esteemed institutions.
