Eliza Patinea

Eliza Patinea is an experienced professional in human resources and business development with a robust background in recruitment, organizational strategy, and sales support. Currently serving as Team Leader in the Personnel Office and Recruiting at Lidl Hellas since June 2019, Eliza has successfully participated in implementing change management projects, collaborating with hiring managers, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing employer branding initiatives.
