Harsh Gudhka

Harsh Gudhka is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in advisory and investment roles. As a Director at BDO since June 2024, Harsh has excelled in managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. In September 2023, Harsh co-founded NexusPro Partners LLC, a business advisory firm focused on M&A transactions for CPA firms and investment banks. Prior to these roles, Harsh served as Director in Deal Advisory at KPMG US and held a significant position at KPMG India as Vice President. Harsh has also been involved as an angel investor in multiple startups, including BluSmart, Zypp Electric, Buyofuel, Gigforce, and LIDO. Educational credentials include a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
