Erika McKibben

Erika McKibben has extensive work experience in various operations and administrative roles. From 2021 onwards, they have been working at Lids, starting as an Operations Project Coordinator and progressing to Operations Manager and Senior Manager of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations. Prior to that, Erika worked at Pacers Sports & Entertainment as an Event Lead and a Team Store Sales Associate. Erika also had a role in Fever Community and Player Relations. Additionally, they worked at Grand Park Sports Campus as an Executive Administrative Assistant and in Client Services & Events. Erika has experience as a Graduate Assistant at Downtown Indy, Inc. and as a Game Day Suite Level Guest Services provider with the Indianapolis Colts. Earlier in their career, they were a Store Manager at rue21.

Erika McKibben has a Master of Science degree in Sport Event Tourism from Indiana University Indianapolis, which they obtained from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism, Event, and Sports Management at the same university from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Building PDFs with Acrobat XI from LinkedIn in 2019 and Excel for Mac 2016 Essential Training from Lynda.com in 2018.
