David Kroes

David Kroes serves as the Chief People Officer at Lief Labs since October 2024. Prior to this role, David was an Advisory Board Member for Customer Experience at UC Irvine, DCE, and held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ChromaDex, where responsibilities included driving workplace flexibility, cultural evolution, and talent acquisition for a fast-growing bio-science company. David's extensive experience includes consulting roles in organizational development and HR for various companies, with a focus on culture and talent development. David also has a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara and executive coaching certifications from Fielding Graduate University, among other credentials.
