Mathilde Michelotti has had a diverse range of work experiences, spanning multiple industries and roles. Mathilde began their career as a Brand Development and Innovation Intern at Barilla Group in 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Account Coordinator Assistant at Ernst & Young and also as a POS Activator in Tuscany at RB. From 2014 to 2015, Mathilde worked as a Buyer at Lovli.it. Mathilde then transitioned to roles at ShopFully (DoveConviene), starting as an Account Manager & Business Developer and later becoming the Head of Partnerships. In 2017, they worked as an Industry Manager before taking on the role of Industry Manager Team Lead from 2018 to 2020. Following this, they served as a Sales Account Executive at Glickon from 2020 to 2021. Recently, Mathilde has held positions as the Head of Sales at ufirst, Head of Enterprise Sales at Lifeed, and currently works as a 101er at La Carica delle 101, all of which were obtained in 2022.

Mathilde Michelotti obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, Marketing, and Production from Università di Pisa between 2007 and 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from both Università Bocconi and Copenhagen Business School from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mathilde Michelotti obtained a C2 Proficiency English certification from Cambridge University Press & Assessment in June 2009.
