Kelley Falcon

Kelley Falcon currently serves as the Vice President Human Resources at Life Care Centers of America, overseeing HR support for staff and facilities in the field and corporate office. Prior to this, Kelley was the Director of Human Resources at Life Care Home Health, Inc., managing HR services for over 600 associates in 25 locations. Kelley also held positions at Amedisys as a Regional Director of Business Office Operations and Regional HR Specialist, handling various operational and HR responsibilities for multiple locations. Kelley graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
