Tammy Lewis, DNP has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Tammy currently holds the position of Director of Nursing at Life Care Centers of America, where they ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care. Previously, they served as the Manager of Women's Services at Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital, where they planned and coordinated daily activities and implemented educational programs. Prior to that, at Erlanger, they held multiple roles including Clinical Resource Coordinator/Specialist, Nursing Supervisor, and Registered Nurse, displaying their expertise in multidisciplinary care, orientation, and coordination. Tammy Lewis, DNP has a strong educational background in nursing. Tammy received their Doctor's Degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the same institution.
