Sean Smirnoff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sean founded Unadat in 2019 and served as the CEO, leading a financial wellness revolution. Sean also founded Unadat as part of the DCU FinTech Innovation Center, focusing on helping individuals manage their finances before buying a house. In 2019, they were a Director and Board Member of the American Board of Medical Quality, which offers certifications in Medical Quality Management. Sean was also a Co-Founder of Notefy at Life Changing Labs in 2016. Sean served as the President and Board Member of the American College of Medical Quality starting in 2017. In 2012, Sean founded and owned Prosperity Cascade, Inc, where they successfully grew a real estate investment fund. Sean worked in real estate at Carlton Wharf from 2018 to 2020. As a Chief Strategy Officer at JanusWear in 2016-2017, they helped develop a sleeping garment with thermal properties. Sean pursued their STEM MBA degree at Cornell Tech from 2014 to 2015.
