Kari Mills has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kari is currently serving as the Head of On-Demand Digital Content at Life Fitness, where they lead product development and execution of exercise experiences. Kari is also the Founder of Sweat Marketing Lab, providing marketing strategies for sports and fitness businesses. Previously, Kari worked at Les Mills US as a Customer Experience Manager, consulting with fitness businesses to enhance profitability and customer engagement. Additionally, they had roles at PepsiCo, overseeing Gatorade's sporting goods channel and managing experiential marketing partnerships. Kari has also held management positions at Fitness Connection USA and Franklin Health & Fitness Center. Kari started their career as an intern and team member at Nike, and has experience as both a professional athlete and coach in Sweden.

Kari Mills obtained a Graduate Certificate in International Marketing Management from Harvard Extension School in 2018-2019. Kari also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Sport Management from Western Carolina University. Additionally, Kari has a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health from Portland State University. Kari has pursued further education in the field of Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at Campbell University. Kari completed their high school education at McKay High School. Kari has also obtained certifications in High Performance Mindset from Compete to Create, ACE Personal Training from American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), and Strong First Kettlebell Level 1 from StrongFirst.
