Melissa Marks

Director, Central Support at Life House

Melissa Marks has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Melissa began their career with an internship at Sandals Resorts International in 2010. Melissa then worked as a Live-in General Manager at Rocky Mountain Bed & Breakfast from 2011 to 2013. Following that, Melissa served as a Guest Services & Group Sales Manager at CLIQUE Hotels & Resorts from 2013 to 2014, where they assisted the General Manager in daily operations and prioritized customer satisfaction. Afterward, Melissa was a Front Desk Agent at The Beach Club Resort for a period of six months in 2016. Most recently, they have been working at Life House since 2019, starting as a Booking Concierge and progressing to the role of Lead Booking Concierge in 2020. Currently, Melissa holds the position of Director, Central Support at Life House, which they assumed in February 2021.

Melissa Marks attended Collège LaSalle in Montréal from 2008 to 2010 and earned a DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Hotel Management.
