Jeff Carter has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jeff started their career at The University of Texas at Arlington as a Computer Services staff member, where they were responsible for managing the university's network. Jeff then joined Whitley Penn as a Staff Accountant, handling tax returns, financial compilations, and payroll. After that, Jeff worked at MEM International, where they progressed from Accountant to General Manager and eventually became the VP of Finance & Operations. During their tenure, they developed and implemented a financial plan to eliminate a significant debt. Jeff later joined LIFE Outreach International as the Director of Operations, where they played a key role in the architectural design and implementation of a CRM system. Jeff integrated multiple organizational units and successfully migrated the CRM to a new system. Lastly, Jeff participated in Because of Joy, a charitable organization focused on raising awareness for Spina Bifida, where they contributed to operational management and hosted fundraising events.

Jeff Carter attended The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business from 1983 to 1987. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
