Samantha Beckman

Samantha Beckman is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Life-Science Innovations since September 2024, Samantha previously held the position of SVP/Senior Human Resources Manager at Citizens Alliance Bank from March 2021 to August 2024. Prior to that, Samantha directed the Human Resources department for the City of Willmar and Saint Francis Health Services, where responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, benefits administration, and training. Samantha began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Hire Investment, overseeing a team and managing HR responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and an Associate's degree from Ridgewater College.
