Irina Boyko

Irina Boyko has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Manager of the Core Network Unit at lifecell Ukraine since September 2004. In this role, responsibilities include planning, dimensioning, and optimizing the Core Network and VAS services for a mobile operator servicing 12 million subscribers, alongside financial planning for CAPEX and OPEX. Previous managerial positions include overseeing the Core Network Optimization and Planning Units, as well as serving as a Senior Engineer in the Engineering & Planning Department. Early career roles encompass working as a Roaming Senior Engineer, where significant achievements in commercial roaming services were noted, and as an Engineer in the Telecommunication Systems Operational and Maintenance Department at DCC, with a focus on customer base administration. Prior experience also includes a sales role at Alex-Radio and accounting duties at Dneprtel. Irina holds a degree in Multichannel Communication from Odessa National Telecommunications Academy.
