Audrey then pursued their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) with a specialization in Health administration from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in the years 1994 to 1999. Later, Audrey completed a Certificate in Healthcare Quality (CHQ) program at the same university in the years before 2000. Lastly, from 2002 to 2006, they attended the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, where they earned their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in Medicine.

Lifeguard Ambulance Service was founded in 1990 by John and Deborah Roche as a small domestic and international provider of fixed-wing air ambulance services. In 1998, the company was expanded to include ground ambulance services. Since its humble beginnings, Lifeguard has grown exponentially to include more than 800 team members across six states. Since that time, Lifeguard has received full accreditation in multiple locations and will continue to pursue the industry gold standard until all of its operations are accredited. Lifeguard provides a full-service solution through E-911 operations, emergency and non-emergency transports, value-based healthcare partnerships, specialty ambulance program management, and system consulting.
