Jeff McHugh has extensive work experience in various roles within the media and marketing industry. Jeff is currently working as a Senior Coach for public speaking, on-camera, presentation, and executive presence training at LifeHikes®, where they have provided coaching to well-known organizations such as Delta Airlines, Facebook, Amazon, NBC Universal, and LinkedIn. Prior to this, Jeff worked as a Media Talent Coach at The Randy Lane Company, where they directed and coached radio, podcast, and television personalities. Jeff also worked as a Columnist for MediaGigNow, where they published weekly articles on various topics related to the broadcast and podcast industry. Additionally, Jeff has experience as a Key Leader at lululemon, where they directed social media and regional event planning for the company. Jeff has also held positions such as VP Marketing at the American Marketing Association, where they led marketing strategies for various events, and Program Director at Clear Channel Radio and Entercom, where they directed marketing strategies for radio stations and implemented successful programming changes.

Jeff McHugh attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Management with a focus on leadership and marketing. In 2004, they briefly attended the Wake Forest University School of Business, but did not earn a degree. In 2011, McHugh obtained a certificate in Fundamentals of Moderating from RIVA. In 2013, they completed the Landmark Education program at the Landmark Forum. Prior to their time at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, McHugh attended Lander University from 1981 to 1984, majoring in Management and Marketing, but did not earn a degree.
