Matt Anson's work experience begins with their current role as the Inside Sales Lead at DigitalWell, a market-leading provider of enterprise communications and technology transformation services. Prior to their current position, Matt worked as a LifeHikes Coach at LifeHikes®, a training company that offers a unique experiential approach to learning and development.

Before their role at LifeHikes®, Matt served as a Freelance Coach/Trainer, where they supported clients in developing leadership skills through tailored workshops and one-on-one coaching. Matt also worked as an associate partner with Grow Sales, providing sales training and consultancy to sales managers and teams.

From 2016 to 2021, Matt served as the Sales Director & Site Lead at N3 Dublin, where they coached and built outsourced teams for cloud and SaaS campaigns. Matt consistently surpassed sales goals and executed strategic plans to expand the customer base.

Prior to N3 Dublin, Matt worked as a Sales Manager at Veritas Technologies Corporation, leading a team of renewal representatives and achieving high renewal rates for information security and data management software solutions. Matt also worked as an Inside/Channel Sales Manager at Dell, where they headed a UK Channel Sales team and consistently exceeded revenue targets.

Matt's early career includes a role as an IT Hardware and Software Sales Rep at Insight, where they focused on selling PCs, servers, networking products, and software to SMEs in the UK. Matt excelled in account management, cold calling, and providing exceptional customer service.

Matt Anson completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics from The Manchester Metropolitan University, from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including OMG Sales Candidate Assessments Certified and OMG Sales Force Evaluations Certified from Objective Management Group in October 2022. Matt also earned the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in October 2021. Furthermore, they became a Strengthscope Accredited Practitioner from Strengthscope® in October 2021 and completed QQI Level 6 Training Delivery & Evaluation from Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) in February 2021. Finally, they attained an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership & Executive Coaching from Kingstown College in October 2020.
