Shad’s background is in designing L&D programs for people managers in rapid-growth tech environments. His research interests include prosocial workplace behavior, attitude change and formation, organizational architecture, and psychological effects (positive & negative) of “hustle culture”. He is continually in search of new ways to use qualitative storytelling to convey quantitative research insights. Shad has a Master’s degree in Leadership & Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University.
